In the event you Listen to Meditation Music Whenever you Meditate
There are the colleges of meditation that say you ought not meditate to music, that you ought to only meditate without moaning.

    Meditation Music

But what if there was music that really deepened your meditation? That simply by hearing the music, you had been in a position to experience far deeper states of meditation than you'd without playing the music.

So first we must consider why is good meditation music.

Any meditation music high is a drum beat should be trashed. Because any drum beats or rhythms could keep your heart rate high which keeps from stepping into ab muscles deep states of relaxation where true meditation takes place.

Another thing to consider is what you are actually listening to. In case you are listening to music that is purely synthesized, meaning the particular sounds you hear are made from electronically produced sound waves, then such music can give you a headache and never be conducive to meditation.

Another thing to consider is the meditation state of the musician making the background music. If the musician has attained a top state of meditation, then their meditative state will probably be recorded in the music that you hear.

    Hymns

There are lots of "brain entrainment" audio programs on the market. These are CDs using what are known as "binaural beats." Binaural beats are two separate electronically produced sine waves, one played in the left channel and one played in the right channel. Both of these sine wave drones are slightly different in frequency.

    Relaxing Music

The thought behind binaural beats is because they manipulate your brainwaves into reducing, thus making a "meditative state."

Although such programs may make a move, my experience is because they are a hindrance to experiencing true states of meditation, not helpful. And they're as electronic as you can get.

You would be far better off hearing a chant or perhaps a talk either on DVD or Audio CD of your enlightened teacher. By hearing their voice, their particular state of enlightenment gets transmitted to you personally through sound. Though it may not be very musical in nature, meditating for this would deepen your meditation considerably.

There is however meditation music in the marketplace that does induce states of meditation naturally, without electronic sounds and without manipulating your brainwaves. Through special recording equipment, high states of meditation are already recorded and converted into sound. And so whenever you tune in to the background music, that same deep blissful state of meditation gets naturally awakened inside you.
